Pressure sensor:
IFM provides a wide range of electronic pressure sensors, including different series of pressure switches and transmitters, which can meet the needs of various industrial applications. Tested ceramic capacitance measuring elements include stainless steel measuring elements and thin film or thick film metal wire stress gauges (PK, PV, PT series), and use piezoresistive measurement technology (for pneumatic applications).
All devices are equipped with sturdy casings and do not require moving parts such as pistons or springs, resulting in extremely high impact and vibration resistance without any wear and maintenance.
Tested ceramic capacitance measuring elements are corrosion-resistant and long-term stable. This ensures long-term accuracy and consistency of measurement values. This sensor can withstand dynamic pressure spikes and ensure high overload capacity, even in the event of extremely high pressure spikes (such as rapid valve closure).
The pressure sensor (including pressure switch and pressure transmitter) using thick film technology and stainless steel measuring elements has the characteristics of compact and sturdy appearance. They can be used in most industrial fields. The welded stainless steel measuring element does not come with any sealing components, ensuring high safety, especially in applications with air pressures up to 600 bar and air conditioning and refrigeration technologies using corrosive refrigerants (Freon).
